Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and reshipping costs.
