Returns & Refunds Policy – The Smilery

At The Smilery, we are committed to delivering high-quality oral care products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, the following return and refund policy applies.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thesmilist.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Smilery is not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 10 business days for processing

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.

6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
