Colissimo orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days in mainland France. European Union: 4 to 8 business days. Rest of the world: 4 to 12 business days depending on destination.
Colissimo deliveries are insured. Colissimo shipping costs for France are €3.90 and €1.90 at a relay point. Shipping is free on orders over €70! For international orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been confirmed and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a La Poste tracking number. You can also find this tracking number by logging into your customer account. Simply click on "track my package" and the link will redirect you to the La Poste website.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to add or remove one or more products from your order.
If you entered the wrong delivery address, it may still be possible for us to update it. This depends on whether it has already been processed by our warehouse. If it has already been picked up, we will no longer be able to modify it. However, if it hasn't, we can update it! Don't hesitate to contact us at orders@thesmilery.co to let us know as quickly as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we can cancel it and issue a refund. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible by email at orders@thesmilery.co. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, we will unfortunately no longer be able to cancel it.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. To do so, contact our customer service at orders@thesmilist.co providing your order number. We will explain the steps to follow 🙂 You will be refunded to the card used for payment, upon receipt of the returned product(s) by our logistics provider, and provided they are intact and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After confirming your cart, you will find a field labeled "promo code" where you will need to enter your code. To apply it, simply click "apply." Don't forget to check that the code has been taken into account before confirming your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply the promo code once your order has been confirmed, but you will be able to use it on another order depending on current offers!

If unopened, our products keep for up to 3 years! This should not be confused with the shelf life once opened, which is indicated on the product (the number shown on the small open jar icon at the bottom of the product). Our products keep for up to 6 months after opening!

The Smilist™ care products have not been developed or tested for pregnant or breastfeeding women. We advise against the use by pregnant or breastfeeding women of any product that has not been specifically developed for them.
To keep your toothbrush in good condition over time, clean the bristles thoroughly with water after each use, dry the bristles, and store in a dry place. Replace every 2 months.

At The Smilist™, we ban synthetic preservatives that are harmful to health. We use naturally-derived polysaccharides, recognized for their high natural preservation properties. This is why our products can be used for up to 6 months after opening, unlike products with very powerful and sometimes allergenic chemical preservatives that can be used for up to 24 months.
